Wright-Austin Model 30L Horizontal Gas/Liquid Separators

The Wright-Austin 30L series is a compact horizontal centrifugal separator engineered for light liquid loads. It removes droplets and particles ≥10 microns with 99% efficiency and minimal pressure drop.

How the 30L Separator Works

Moisture-laden gas enters the vessel and hits a curved stationary blading structure. Centrifugal force throws droplets to the outer wall where they coalesce and drain. A patented Vortex Containment Plate (VCP) prevents re-entrainment. No complex baffles are used, keeping pressure drop very low.
